Developed by Professor Jaeick Yoh at Seoul National University using a high-density energy transfer principle and commercialized by Baz Biomedic, Cure-Jet is the world's first continuous (auto-repeating) needle-free drug delivery device. Using a solenoid method, it transfers energy to the medication to generate strong pressure, delivering it to the dermal layer through a roughly 100-150μm micro-nozzle at up to 20 high-speed micro-sprays per second without damaging the epidermis. It received Korean MFDS medical device certification in 2022.
